Should I use the MH Bulb while Seedling? I'm using a spare closet, roughly 5'x4'x8' (5.5' if measured to the under bottom of highest shelf where the light is located) with Mylar.

How close to your plant do you keep your grow light during each stage? I've seen some say that keep it 24" above during flowering. Would that be the same for Seedling/Vegging?
