i was told you can if you do it gradually like change a hour a day but i think it will stress it a bit but if its big enough it should be ok

some update pics of the plants. i have a problem with the one in the oxi bucket a few of the leaves are limp and curling. my minimum temp is 65.1f and max is 82.1. ph is between 5 and 6.8 i put it to 5 - 5.5 and it creeps up. they have been on 12/12 for 3 days now. i also just changes the water...

i do still need one in my veg room as i only have 4 18watt cfls and i need more.

would it be any good for veg as i have a 250w hps in my grow tent on 12/12 and in my wardrobe i have 4 18w cfl veging my little plants and i could do with more light for veg
