I doubt it would be a problem, as long as you keep the same hours for lights on at the same startup time, and keep the temps from getting too hot. HPS is better anwyays.

It looks fine to me, if you see sets of balls hanging from a little stem, then those are male parts. They kinda look like banana's, they have a bunch hanging off of one stem; a cluster.
