So yeah...my advice would be Grow them 2 feet tall in Veg, then flower them and you should have at least 5 foot plants. I'm adding you to friends list so I can keep track of your grow.

I would tend to think that it wouldn't be a problem, just don't pack them in there too hard, and leave some air in the bag. Make sure you keep them in a dark place and open the bag a couple times a day. Take the buds out and then put them back in a different order. Rinse and Repeat.

Well you can grow it in Veg for as long as you want. Just remember that when you put it into flowering it will gain approx 2x it's original height. So if it was 1 Foot it would be 3 feet when done. You could always grow several in smaller pots, like you say. But my idea is flower them when they're really small....find out if they're female, then revert them back to veg and grow em bigger. Then you know you have a female when you put it into flowering the 2nd time. I've heard it done many...

You want to use either your trimmings that you get when manicuring your buds, or you could use your buds themselves. It's the parts that have developed trichomes that you want. That's what makes hash.

Search up Cold water extraction on google, or youtube... It's a method that uses bags, and ice, and water...very easy. Also the best way to do it.
