From memory mine are 7K they occasionally generate 4k for a few hours.

I was conned into buying panels about 8 years ago before I started growing (been growing 6 years). It was only since I have been growing they have become useful, and then only to a certain degree and obviously certain times of the year in Northern UK.

Anyone know why Athena changed their feed chart? The UK one says feed a max of 2.7ec on the heavy feed chart yet the one on their website says feed at 3.0ec all the way through. This is the feed chat we get in the UK

I have just started some Jack Herer youngsters (4 nodes, first top) on Athena Pro feeding @1.5 they look hungry but 2 from 10 showing very slght burn on the very tips. They also have purple stems and darker leaf veins. Any advise.

No mine hasn't but my mate has a full tub of bloom and its in one piece it's crumbly not powder. He goes off weight and he has deficiencies or more likely a cal mag lock out.

Thanks PJ the point is the bloom and grow absorb moisture adding weight so it knocks the whole mix out of wack. My Athena is just loose and not full sachets.

I am talking 1.8 with normal Nutrients (Vitalink). Are you talking you run 3.0 with Athena? If so what is your run off reading?

What I do not understand is what makes their feed (Athena) so different from other feeds that it can be fed at such high levels??? 3EC of any other feed I have used would fry my plants I normally push to 1.8.
