Me and a few of my stoner friends get this EXACT same thing. We call it "tingly hands". It can be annoying and can make simple tasks very difficult like writing or worse: peeling off stickers with your fingernails. Fortunately for us, it goes away in a couple hours or with an intense session...

2 65W CFLs give off about the same amount of heat as a 150W HPS. So if your room stays fairly cool right now then you could probably get away with a 250W HPS.

You will not get anywhere close to 2 pounds. Not with 80 watts of flouros, and definitely not with 40 watts. Most people judge grows on "grams per watt". Anything over 0.5gs/w is considered pretty good. So expect around 20 grams with your current lighting....not 2 pounds, lol. Oh yeah, and...

Yeah I would imagine you would get at least a pound total. Maybe even half a pound off each....so 1.5 lbs total. As for the pollenating thing...I think if you only pollen certain budsites then you will only have seeds in those select sites, not the whole plant.

From my experience...on average 10 to 20 per oz For a maximum I would say around 50
