Oh yeah and FYI, i was doing 4 plants under 3 fixtures with 4 26w CFLs each plus some small 2ft floros for added side lighting, all in all probably 400w so 2 of those would easily be better than what I was runnin.

Thats actually a pretty good deal, if you are worried about smell, you may consider a longer carbon filter. But you should be able to get a nice little grow out out of that.
