If your plants are good on ph (take a simple after watering to know where it is in the root system) then your humidity is too low and thats why your plants are losing the big sun leafs from bottom up. the levels you want is around 35-45% humidity...

You really think you can hit 2 gpw with this kind of set up? because if you do, I know exactly what I'm doing instead of a 16 pot drip system. The best i have ever seen on a flat garden is 1gpw and that was a very nice sog but no Co2, with Co2 I think the guy would have hit around 1.2 at best.
