i have 4 cfl lights, 27 watts each, is that enough for 1 plant?

yeah like it runs perfect for aabout a minute.. then just stops the fans are both 12 v.

it says input 110v output 5v its that not enough :|

howw good does it work? is it hard to maintain for someone relativly new?

so 100 watts per plant, does that include cfl, cause usualy they say 26= whatever
