I just read an article posted 7 hours ago, from the Kennebec Journal that still refers to Ayla as 'the missing girl' and says she 'was last seen more than a month ago.' I cannot fathom why anyone would post false information about a missing baby's return. :( Very saddened...

Thank you! I think that you are SO correct.. many grey areas in this law, and this certainly is one of them. Which is kinda why I was looking for guidance in the first place... helping to make they shade of grey a llittle easier to see through, ya know? :) I will figure it all out though!
