Ive got a 6day old seedling under a cfl and led spectrum fish tank light and a blue led grow light all up about 4300lumens.is that safe.Dont know strain but seed is ancient and not sure when to put under hps

It was suggested i go CFLs but i reread the post last night and it was a 315w cmh light.

Cant figure out height for hps and was given wrong advice and stunted my plant plus shit soil just screwed everything.New coco soil last Tuesday and Thursday gave the a drink of liguid root stimulator and put light at 3ft instead of 18"..Plant is month old and pics are 4days apart and growing...

Do i need to put ducting on one end to pump fresh air through and one on other end to vent out or can you just use it to suck the hot air out.thank you
