Ok so they are my first grow from seed and I am a week into the 12/12. My grow box is about 5ft tall what do you all think

I seen on here I should switch my fertilizer, I have some 15-30-15 that I use for roses Will that work? Or do I need somthing else I have been using dyna gro 7-9-5 for veg.

I built a grow box that is 3.5ftx4ftx5ft and I have 7 plants, That I started from seed about 2mo ago. I started them flowering about a week Ago and they are about 1.5ft tall I some times smell them but not that much Should they smell yet? Also they are a week into the 12/12 but I see no signs...
