Well I would start lightly on the mist like twice a day but for example my box has pretty good ventilation and the water evaporates quick, just don't over do it because it will burn those leaves, and I wouldn't spray when you have buds. Buenos Humos!

I'm also a noobie and I LST, it's not that hard and my plant is bushy and short, I also grow in a small area with CFLs This plant has around 2 months all together, 2 weeks of flowering.

you know what I would do; spread those arms and tie them down, it's going to help you yield and make them more dense because you can get the lights closer. Did you plants already starting budding, or showing hairs? and how after you started flowering and sexing did it start showing more hair?

Thanks! I did it in both around the 2nd week of veg, and after that when they sexed I chopped the male; she had more space to stretch so I opened her up since I'm flowering with CFL's.
