Are fulvic/humic acids useful at all in non-organic hydro?

i was reading many articles and forum posts (now quite old) about the supposed benefits of the humic/fulvic acid supplements for the flowerign stage, sold by many nutrient suppliers at medium price. for those who don't know exactly what they are, humic acid(s), and their water-soluble form...

Root Rot Problem, need some advices.

tbh doesnt look like root rot at all. plants look fine, except maybe for some cal-mag deficiency (seen from the brown spots). those yellow roots are the result of light penetrating into the water tank. if indeed if a case of bud rot changing water won't do anything. you need to take out...

Doubt about starting seeds in rockwool

if you are stressed about rockwool just use jiffys or rapid rooters. i find they really smooth out the first few days after seed germination compared to rockwool

    time-lapse teaser

smart! in fact perlite/hydroton falls much more in the reservoir than parts from jiffys (that just dissolve in the water) or rapid rooters.

    Not sure what problem is

did you forgot to water? either that or temperature way too high. if not temp could even be a soil pathogen. what soil where you using?

    time-lapse teaser

i was thinking the same, but actually the jiffys never lost anything, because of the net they have around that prevents bits from falling. on the other hand rapid rooters do lose little bits over time. rapid rooter have the advantage that (as the name suggests) promote root growth in the early...

    time-lapse teaser

well you still see a nice growth. the beauty of time-lapse is that you see things that you don't pick up by checking your plants 2-3 times a day hehe i wouldn't worry too much about the yellowing. let it as it is for few days and see if it gets better or worst. the earlier stages of DWC...

Is this female or male or what? You tell me....

too early too tell, and don't get stuck on those little bracts you see around the stem. if is an autoflower should be 100% female. in any case you cannot tell now the sex

    Bumps on stem

WTF, 400W 5 plant Vertical w/screen in coco.

that's really strange. there is no way that 26 C make the plant heat stressed, they can grow in full sunlight at 35C :D maybe is just that plant genetic
