    Quality Over Quantity

There's numerous Autos cranking over 21% easy! ...and yes, Seed companies will lie for the sake of marketing beans..It doesnt matter if they're photo or Autos...to suggest its just autos more of the same bias...

    Quality Over Quantity

I'd have to agree..there are times when photos are going to be the better choice..primarily for commercial growers...For example, clones... BUT to refer to autos as garbage shows how little some know..

    Its dead!

xtsho Those are the f2's I've selected with the recessive webbed trait (just the portion showing the recessive trait)...I planted about a 100 or so beans in 3 large pots to keep the selection manageable...as pheno hunting for a physical trait is relatively easy to identify...I've managed 16...

Just make sure it gets lots of sun as Autos are programmed to finish ASAP.. Best of Luck...:)

I'm in the same boat HG... I have a good cross of photos and Auto's and now pretty much swap beans amongst friends.. That said..every once and awhile something jumps out at me..but like you..I keep it in check as I've already paid my dues grabbing seeds. Cheers

    Its dead!

I'm growing out some f2's of a webbed strain I'm working on and the leaves dont look like Cannabis either..They're about as wide as a Silver dollar..(thats a Cdn 2 dollar coin for perspective)..a couple inches wide.. Stealth mode..:) :)

Mephisto Genetics has some pretty solid Autos..this is one of their more potent ones

    Quality Over Quantity

It's wild...The arrogance of people who have likely never grown an Autoflower in their life...perhaps I've misunderstood the "porch weed" comments? You cross a Gorilla Glue photo with pretty much anything a few years back...pheno hunt out 5 or 6 generations and you're likely able to track down...

    AB Growers club...

Anyone look a the Mephisto Genetics website lately? (it's down..stating to reopen soon) It's like a lemonade pop up stand..You never know when they're going to have any beans in stock for sale... I know they've got quality genetics..running the Double Grape and Bubba now...but is it that they...

    Fixing LEDs?

I'm not a commercial grower..just a growing enthusiast. That said, I dont need the latest and greatest. I'm simply trying to trouble shoot to see if its "subjectively" worth while.. thanks for your input none the less..

    Fixing LEDs?

PJ I appreciate your input... No question, I'm certainly not a qualified electrician...Hence, my enquiries...Have you noticed the number of amateur growers asking for help to build a light set up? Or how to grow for that matter? That's what these boards are for ..right? I'm of the opinion...

    Fixing LEDs?

GB I was looking for help...You've obviously got nothing useful to add so move along.. If it was one light..fine..Easy to chuck and buy another...But to replace 3 light of the equivalent...probably $500+ bucks... If there is some hack to salvage something from them ...I'm looking for...

    Fixing LEDs?

Back to my bug hunt... Here's some snaps...including the questionable diode on the light..interestingly enough there are several diodes that look like this.. Is this normal? Im assuming not...AND..how difficult is it to replace diodes if they are in fact the problem..? Down another rabbit...

    Fixing LEDs?

Thanks gang... I'm gonna take a break..It's saturday morning..My head hurts and I feel like I'm wasting your time at this point.. :( I'll dig around again later and see if I can find some more info.. The fact that this has happened to 3 of 4 lights I had stored in the cold garage over winter...

Thanks again RS.. and you figure the 80watt will suffice?

    Fixing LEDs?

Am I even looking at the right thing? I'm looking at the AC component for the driver in the photo and it says two things: AC 150v-190v...it also says 12v 3 A (Amp?) Two entirely different things.. Seems to be this part that is throwing off my search for a generic replacement.. Thoughts?

I purchased some autoflower seeds from crop king.

Just because they're Autos doesnt mean they're Hermies

    Fixing LEDs?

Thanks again RS ..I noticed a lot of wattage ratings..most somewhat less than what I'm looking for.. I'll keep looking... I can grow...but feel like a child in a playground when it comes to "the build" side of the equation..outta my league, and don't mind admitting it.. Thx

    Fixing LEDs?

Are there any Generic drivers out there that go to 190v DC...Heck I'm looking all over Ebay and I cant find anything..am I chasing a ghost? I just prefer not to throw good money at at a fading piece of equipment if I can help it.. :(
