I live in Canada... IMO, one of the better places to buy seeds is Seedsman or even Alchimia..Fill out the preliminary order online...Get an idea if what it costs with shipping, exchange and extras..Pay the extra for stealth...Then..Get a reloadable Mastercard from Safeway or other retail...
