What do you need air stones/pump for? I thought that was a DWC setup. Isn't the ebb and flo just fill up the pots of medium/plants with solution like 2-5 times a day?

That sounds like a great idea. I would like to have a carbon filter/scrubber running continuously in the room so I guess I will need 2 fans... one for the filter and one pushing that air out of the room when needed. I will have to work on this.... anyone have the same setup?
