Agree. For your 2 plants, try to get some CFLs. The highest I've seen at Wal-mart are 42w, which push out like 2700 lumens each. For flowering, use the 2700k spectrum (red/orange) bulbs. 6500k spectrum (blue) for vegging. Then plop those suckers 1-2" from your plants.
