If its botrytus grey mould then yes, as itcan still spread during the drying process. Nasty stuff, dont be afraid if cutting abit of fresh bud away from the mould site too just to be sure

Definitely cut that off. Nobody’s trying to smoke mold. Tbh after drying you should probably just use it for extraction iso or butane should be clean enough imo, wouldn’t go bubble though as waters not gonna kill any mold spores.
