What config are you running ? ....Grab a killa watt plug . It has a readout to show you what draw ANY appliance is doing if you plug it in to it ... It costs like 20 bucks.

If you have that rig it is fine ...it DOES pull what is stated.
I thought you put together from scratch ( boards , then buying driver , etc. ) THATs when I bought a kill a watt cuz . I you bought the kit you are golden ... No adjusting needed.

Later on you can go back and UPGRADE driver to get more performance out of her.

Or simply add another of the same rig .... It's that simple .

On my rig I’m still able to adjust the light brightness and some other adjustment that I was told I needed a Philip screw driver to adjust . Should I just turn both of them to the max now that I’m in week 4? It also looks like my white widow is getting ready to start flowering; I’m starting to see some white hairs around the bud sites on my plant. Looking like 10+ bud sites on my white widow so far .

If it were me I wouldn't touch it ... Unless you know exactly what you are doing then maybe , a very little.
Not max. If you want adjustability then upgrade driver to a " B " type driver that has connections to wire up a dimmer.
