  • My Fire OG is pest free, lush green and frosting up all around the flowers/ buds. My best out to you and may your yield overflow my friend. TtYl
I'm goin to look into this Pyridoxine Hydrochloride in the Powerade. I also mixed in 1 part ruby red grapefruit juice to 5 parts H2O. Since I fed that mix to my plant, those mthfkers bounced the hell out quick. It's like tha damn gnat Police SWAT team crashed their party. It's a trip though. I gotta do some back research and check out all the ingredients.

potassium sorbate and citric acid are active ingredients in some organic insecticides/fungicides. Which is more than likely also in your juice.
I don't know what the hell happened, but all them fungus gnats are gone. Not a single one in sight. I discovered something by serendipity and now I'm gonna have to backtrack on everything I put in my perlite/30-10-10 soil mix?
The only thing I am very careful about, is the sodium chloride content in Gatorade. Otherwise blackstrap molasses unsulphered, ruby red grape fruit juice and once every 14 days I feed her 2% milk. All organic and make sure to do the dilution ratios right like in Chemistry. Or you'll be waking to a withered sad green girl.
I have her set up in my room so she can breath my CO2 I exhale through the night and day. I do have great circulation going 24/7. At night is the exception. I close up all windows and it's just recycled circulation. It drops down to the low 40s upper 30s at night. So I keep her and my hard work safe. At about 65-70degrees at night. My CO2 circulating. .
She currently has 12 true flowering/Budding sites. I haven't mentioned the small bursts of Calyxes and large Pistils popping out of everywhere. Especially up and down the longer shoots. She searching for pollen but damn sure not gettin it, lol!
Either I'm not watering enough or She has gotten thirsty as hell. I'm
kidding you not! I just soaked the soil 24 hours ago and it's dry as a desert. I believe that her fluid intake requirements have increased along with my blackstrap molasses, ruby red grape fruit juice etc. Solutions. What's your opinion my friend?

water twice daily but only 1/2 the amount on 2nd watering unless ur growing cacti in the desert lol
I just want incredibly sweet smokin buds. So I have taken the excess chemical elements down to 5-5-30+(NPK). All in an attempt to exponentially increase flowering and growth for a high yield. My hypothesis is that by providing my Budding babe with natural sources of K, it would provide a clean organic but hard hitting THC loaded yield.
The Ruby Red grape fruit juice has approximately 350mg K per 8oz. serving. Am I taking a risk by doing this kind of experimentation?

Early flowering stage the plants use heaps but back it off in the later stages. Consistency is the key.
I'm on limited funding right now so, I have been using experimental solutions for increased potassium including 1 part Gatorade, 1 part Ruby red 100% grape fruit juice, not from concentrate. All to 10 parts H2O fed seperately and I swear I have seen a healthier lush green and more frost.
Thank you for any response to my questions, very much appreciated. I I would like to learn all I can for better yields in the future.
I'm a new green thumb learned through trial and error twice now on my third grow it's lookin like third time tha farm. I been nurturing a Fire OG girl. She just began showing me love with a burst of Calyxes and Pistils almost everywhere. My question is how long would this process take? It's been since Dec.24, 2016 she began to flower, after I changed up the light cycle to 12/12.
Hey there....Do you have any experience growing with LED?

yea, it should fit but mars lights only good for veg, not the best light for flowering, plants need more then just blurple light, they need full spectrum imho
