how small? portable even? just thinking of someone else having a hard time with a small hot space he needs to keep sealed (CO2 use)

Careful you're not using HIDs on the same circuit. Be safe.

one of the reasons I hate the building code based laws where I'm at... all equipment to wall, no extensions... I don't have that many outlets close together! Way to set me up for fire hazards or a failed crop Humboldt County!

Hey thanks for the comments! No HIDs its an all LED system. I started a journal you can go read if you would like to know more about the set up. Its a super small portable AC. It was getting up to almost 100 in there so I put an easy up over the shed to shade it and that took it down about 10 degrees and now the little AC keeps it around 80 so its perfect

With an LED it was approaching 100 degrees Fahrenheit? Something's fucked.

actually it isn't... IF you have a small box/tent/whatever...AND IF you let the LED fans vent right into the space (most common) then you can get 100... you have to account for a lot, but my 3x4x4 was getting 80+ in there with an outside (around it, not outdoors, was a bit warmer in the sun) of about ~65... thats only 300w with a few CFL for ~420wats and quite a lot of "cracks"

Nah the shed itself was directly in the sun so it raised the temp tremendously. Nothing to do with the LED. The set up is a shed with 2 tents inside, one flower and one veg. The shed itself was baking in the sun so I had to cool that down and as soon as I did the tents dropped accordingly.

Makes more sense.

Do either of you know how to upload photos to a journal on here? I hit image and it asks me for a URL instead of letting me upload one from my computer.
