That reflector you asked about was made from a 2 liter bottle #1 plastic PET. It was sprayed on the inside with 2 coats of satin white Rustoleum heat paint.

I made a bunch of them from various bottles, some tall some short some oval etc. #1 PET plastic takes the paint a lot better than #5 PP.
