what am I missing used two voltmeters and same result, and ran them on a AMD cpu cooler(copper base with 4 copper pipe running along alum fins)with fan and the closest to the COB was 30c and center of COB was 62c, is this ok or Should i upgrade heatsinks ?

Is the dmm set to DC voltage? Could give weird reading if set to AC. What COBs are hooked up to it? The driver might be able to put out a higher voltage than stated but probably a lower current than stated also.

They are set to DC it's wired both my meters show correct reading while measuring 12v but when I check anything else it's wrong, a 1.5v battery shows 2.1v I checked every battery in my home. Should buy an expensive multimeter I guess. Will report back soon, what do you think about my temp tho
