Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to build my first led light. I've bought red 660nm, red 620nm, red 730nm, blue 460nm, blue 420nm, and white 6000-6500k leds. All leds are 3 watt stars. I'm going to be using two drivers. Driver info is 12-18x3W Input: 85V-277V~50/60Hz. Output: 36V-65V 600mA +/-5%.

I've been told to figure out how many leds I can put in each string I need to add up the forward voltage. Is this true? My red 660nm leds have a forward voltage of 2.2~2.6Vdc. If I use ten red 660nm leds do I take 2.2 x 10? 2.6 x 10? or split it down the middle and use 2.4 x 10? Confused on which value to use.

Do you have a recommendation on which ratio of colors I should use. I don't need to use all of them I just wanted them on hand incase. This light would be mainly used for extra lighting from start to finish. Thank you for any advice you can pass along and for reading my babble lol.
