So to cover half of it (7.5 sq ft) I would suggest about 30W/SQ ft. So 225W dissipation or about (4) CXA3070s at 1.4A would do the trick. You could do (5) at 1050mA with the Mean Well HLG-185H-C1050A and then just double the system when you are ready.
