and on days u don't feel good, u can keep them indoors under the lights. Sunlight is your best light. I personally think 400's are weak light. even if its only 4 hours here, 6 hours there...but moving them to sunlight will increase potency and yield ten fold buddy

so go according to your plan, but if you are home and feeling well, id move them to sunlight but just be sure to get them back to the room and keep the light schedule 12/12
