More kids accidentally ingesting MJ ?

But Sand... You just don't care about the children!
Why would you be against 'child proof containers' for your Meds?

Great debate going on after article....

There is no record, of anyone, anytime dying of a cannabis overdose...

Child proof containers for your Meds? Really?

The problem with the rule of law is everyone wants to make some more. :) OTH, child proof containers that, enable cannabis access, I can simply ignore, like I ignore so much.

I'm beginning to think the info age Titans are not defined by all they know, but all they are willing to ignore for their own sanity.

I think we should have more basic laws. Everything to complicated. To much money involved.

Blame the parents.

I agree. But, that is just a magic wand statement. The Law, as we know it, began, long ago. The Code of Hammurabi, the Magna Carta, British Common Law, goes back to Roman law and Greek Ideals.

In the law are words. Words are very slippery, multiple meanings and concepts clash. Every situation is entirely unique. There are actual legal meanings to the word "is," accordingly, the meaning of what "is" is...very important.

We cannot just make simple laws because of the foundation of interlocking proofs of legal or not. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. So, it is not the law but applications and ruling that make it complicated.

WE rule ourselves and the law is challenged everyday. Nothing simple about it and i am glad there are not arbitrary simple law.

They used to be simple. But that did not serve. That's the point. All the law are modified from the beginning and new laws have to fit the framework, such that it is......complicated, because of Money.
