The country has spoken, we want more liberal social policies, freedoms for the individual, less government intervention in our lives, not more governmental control or strict traditional conservative policies.

The reason so many people are abandoning Beck's "sacred values" is because they're wrong. It's wrong to deny everyone equal opportunities, it's wrong to infringe on individual liberty, it's wrong to be an uneducated ignorant idiot. He thinks it's indoctrination, no, it's education, dummy. People are tired of being told how to act and what to believe so instead, they go to the source themselves, and when they get there, they discover your lying ass has been spouting bullshit to them their entire lives. It leaves a somewhat bitter taste in their mouth.

It's awesome to see such desperation from the far right. It gives a little hope for the future. It was these idiotic neoconservative policies that got us to where we are in the first place. America is finally getting smarter (still filled with retards, as shown by the red on the chart Beck showed), still a lot of work to do, but we're progressing in the right direction.

Unless Obama severely fucks up, there's a good chance the fundies will be out of the White House for good. Their base is in shambles, unless they can change from within and oust incompetent politicians like Bachmann and acknowledge the actual problems they face instead of deny them, I finally have a little bit of hope for an actual change in the nature of American politics.

Who cares what you voted? This isn't a democracy you live in, you don't get to have things the way you want just because slightly more people voted for it.

Actually that's exactly how it works here unless what the majority voted for is deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.

i loved the part where he shows that all the area's in ohio that have large universities tended to go blue.. could that be because colleges make people think and learn and not to just go on things based off of what their parents said or did??
