Vote for these cretins if you must. But don't base a vote for them based on this. I'm closer to 70 than 30. I can promise you this is a ploy for votes and, in 4 years (or 8 if Mutt gets 2 terms), it will still be illegal as far as the motherfing Feds go. They trashed the dispensaries in MT. In less than 2 weeks they savaged the industry and sent the patients back underground.

That is the biggest bag of bullshit I have ever read.

I'm sorry, but did you just call Obama a mutt? Almost everyone in this God forsaken Country is mixed with something.

He was referring to Mitt Romney as Mutt.

Dont be so fucking "racially sensitive".

States don't have "rights" but people do. States have powers....apparently.

Oppression by a lesser organization (a state) rather than a larger organization (federal government) is still oppression. Ryan is implying that a state can be a microcosm of tyranny and it's okay. What he isn't saying is if they have the power to approve medical mearijuana, they also have the power to disapprove it. This runs contrary to any liberty concept and individual right...but then again we are talking politics here.

So he's basically saying states can go against federal law.

According to the U.S. Constitution, the Federal Gov't. powers are limited. So many federal laws are actually "against the law"....not that it's ever stopped them though.

BOTH establishment parties can suck a big, fat cock, as far as I'm concerned. Anybody who's still falling for their shit, thinking there's a difference, needs to hit a bong, get their mind working properly and stop falling for their shit.
