This is just the latest from Dear Leader. Previous begging has been even more egregious. Somebody out to put together a youtube video montage with an Obama voice that chronicles this.



"It's August 23rd. And 75 days from now, I'll either be looking at another four years in the White House -- or the end of this opportunity.

I know what's at stake for the parents worrying about health care, the kids who need help to go to college, and the seniors who want a secure retirement.

But we're getting outspent by wide margins in critical battleground states -- and what we do about that today could be the difference between winning and losing on November 6th.

So as we near one of the last fundraising deadlines of this campaign, I'm asking you to pitch in $3 or whatever you can right now…

Would that be like his oil buddy Hamm who he made his senior energy advisor?

Speaking of which, Romney has a new plan to have us completely energy independent by 2020. He's going to turn drilling leases on federal property over to the states AND roll back regulations. This from a man who once made a campaign promise he'd keep wind turbines off the cape because they were too "devastating" to the environment. What could possibly go wrong? Does that mean the money-starved states will also get to handle the next BP Oil spill, after they bid the leases down to pocket-change trying to lure the rigs into their state?
Meanwhile, T Boone was pissed because the plan is focused too heavily on oil but then he read the whole plan a few days later and now he's cool with it, thinks it's "workable". Odds on Secretary of Energy?

I heard he's going to privatize the Fed, too. Oh, wait a minute. It's already private. Never mind.
