White dots on curing nuggets :(

EDIT: okay just plain water for the jar soak method. With hydrogen peroxide you just rinse/bath the nuggets in this. Most guides only show one hydrogenP+water bath followed by a plain water rinse bath. Probably gonna go the bath route. ALSO, I believe this to be mildew as its only on the surface of the nuggets. I checked about 5 biggish buds and their inner nugget is great.
Double check about doing this with already dried bud. I think it's pretty common for some outdoor growers to wash their plants this way right after chopping the plant but I'm pretty sure not after it's been dried.

Mildew? Like powdery mildew? If so youd know if you had that it will spread fast and have to change the setup and the way you grow from bottom up. Budrot too kind of neither of which I dont think you had.

I see weird fuzz in buds all the time, botritus would of gotten out of control level of fuzz. Not just this super mild weird fuzz that can actually be part of the hairs all over the buds.

The dots If its yeast Ive never hears that being washed away. The white chunks/dots will remain behind its embedded into the buds/leafs.

I dont usually see budeot look like that after it dried too. Crack a bud open under the light and see if a dust plume comes out.
^^^ this is definitely the easiest way to tell if you're unsure. Scratch at the suspect area with the tip of your scissors, trichomes will break off and look like snowflakes falling, mold/mildew spores will look more like a puff of smoke.

7:52 and 6:07 shows what Im talking about and might be why you see weird fuzz like streaks sometimes. Its being poked showing how it acts and the 7:52 shows bud in a time lapse of those basically melting away.

Did you end up tossing? I got carried away with my own experiences I didnt really realize, I dont see what you see (the dots) that you worry of? It looks totally fine Id smoke it.

I thought you said based on description that you could have what I had before. It was waaay more noticable than this though. Under a loop some look like just dots but thought it was dead tissue. Then I saw goops of chunks like aged tonsil stones lookin shit it was gross, probably yeast overload.

So yea sorry about that hope you didnt wash it for no reason or trash it. I thought youd say you dont see what I was talking about, shit I should of looked closer. Anyway we live and learn. I just saw the fuzz in the video and thought Id share.

Im pretty sure mold dries up into a powder once its all dried up which is why they say to crack open under light and check for dust plume. Otherwise youd just clearly see it if you could but the mold is dead at that point. It wouldnt look the same as if it was on the living plant or freshly cut off a living plant.
