So got a weird problem and the first in a long time, kind of stumped. Have these 4 cuttings vegged up and in mid bloom, same feed. Two are showing serious phosphorous deficiency/toxicity? Older leaves accelerated necrosis, two plants are perfectly fine. Pics attached , first two the good, last two the ugly but I hope they don’t turn out bad lol

Need better pics of the lower leaves.

P deficiency is quite an easy one to diagnose. The bottoms begin to pale before going a distinct grey/brown colour and go crispy. Don’t see that from pictures you’ve shown

All honesty get some better lighting. With the yellow coloring on photos ,hard to tell what real colors are. Re do photos and make sure it is using white light so the colors show true.

Better pics, will be able to ride it out to the end but weird lol

Some really dark greens on that first photo, too much nitrogen. The second pic shows a lighter green which is about right. The curling under could be the nitrogen and over watering maybe? There is a lot of growth inside, I would defoliate to open up more air passage. Take off some of the larger lower fan leaves from the bottom areas and middle, otherwise you may see buds forming way under that canopy and won't fully develop that take nutrients away from your main bud sites..

I’ve never grown in 7 gallons before and I’m chalking it up to some type of watering issue since their all getting same feed and environment. Just weird how two are ok besides as you say being little nitrogen heavy they were just watered in that photo. Praying normally Thanks for the suggestions Back to 5 gallon next run

What medium are they in and what kind of 7 gallon container ? If it's truly a watering issue it may not be until they come down before you really get an answer . After chop I'd check the root balls .
They are in amended soil, fabric pots, gonna do exactly what you are saying, idk it’s super weird lol. I was looking for bugs, nada See how it goes, will at least get something out of them. Also first run with this cut so maybe just fed wrong. I don’t griclung know tbh lol

I've had watering issues when using fabric pots at times. What would happeni is that the outer perimeter of the soil inside the fabric pot would dry out MUCH quicker than when using a traditional plastic garden pot and I'd get all kinds of weird symptoms of things that looked like deficiencies, but, in reality was nothing more than uneven watering/drying. Subsequently, I went back to using garden pots and haven't had an issue since. Sometimes one of the fabric pots in closer to the fan...or not close enough and due to their more porous nature, will be affected by air movement to a greater or lesser degree than a trad, plastic pot.

Are the clones all the same strain? If so, maybe the two that are struggling are just weak clones. From my experience, not all clones will be healthy and vigorous. Ive had pathetic clones struggle to produce chunky flowers, while others did amazing, all of them were the same strain.

You could try letting the soil dry out and see if that changes anything. I also grow in amended soil. Whenever a plant is struggling, I will let the soil dry out and then I give it a soft flush, then top dress nutes of its needed.

They are all from clone and now that you say it the affected ones weren’t as vigorous or large as the other two… gonna run her back after trying the flowers We see how it goes

I only use 1 bottle of fertilizer per grow, it's NPK with micros 7 - 3 - 6 and I never have nutrient issues, my plants are always green to the end when I chop them, I never let my plant to go yellow let alone have necrotic spots on the leaves, my plants are so happy with my KISS method that why change it?

If you ask me I'm a HPS grower but I'm really thinking on getting one of those LED lights because they are scientifically proven to perform better per Watt than HPS, this improvement is incredible.

I never PH the water of my plants because I grow in typical Moss Sphagnum of excellent quality from a nursery store not the grow shop (they are too expensive for the same or worst result).

In my opinion the plants of your pics look just overwatered, the media where the roots grow is too moist, your plants are having a hard time sweating all that excess of water, that's why they are curling their leaves, just water them less and allow the soil to dry a little bit before the next watering.

Have a great weekend.

While I appreciate your input I disagree with most of what you stated. I run both LED and HPS and have been growing quite awhile and have issues f time to time but I have a system I worked out over the years that I’m happy with, however I’ve never had this happen, EVER lol. It may be a watering issue but it’s def not overwatering, again ty for your input though

I grow my plants in a very easy way and don't have problems, I don't know what folks are doing with your plants in this forums and I don't care, forum folks never listen to any advice anyways so I can't help, I can only recommend what I've tested for myself , your plants are in bad shape, good luck with this plants bro
