I have been weighing doing a big bed for a while now and you just convinced me here
Just back from holidays, and glad to hear you're considering doing it the easy way. Luckily while away, my neighbour kept my soil alive and the cat fed! Lol

Will post more later

I'm pretty sure he started a journal growing hot peppers in his big bed. Think he said he had enough ganja so didn't need more at the moment so did a hot pepper run. Think he has journal for it.
Hopefully he gets back to growing some ganja

@2cent Here he is. He's still around I think

He hasn't posted in just over a year.
Just in case anyone is concerned, I'm still alive. Haha

I've been very busy in the past few years after buying a new home and large acreage in eastern Ontario. I'm very much into permaculture now, and yes, a couple weeds are planted each year to compliment the landscape ;)

I just reached a point in my life where I didn't want to rely on society to sustain me anymore, and to become more self-reliant with far less outside inputs. But mostly I wanted to improve something, and make it better, more diverse and productive for both my family and the wildlife that now inhabit the land. It's honestly been an amazing adventure, but not really the subject of this forum. But no worries, I still grow weed. lol

Edit: In case anyone is wondering, I did bring the soil with me when we moved that was in that pot. It's still living now outdoors. Wasting good soil is not a good thing.
