Hey , Dummy Grow a Plant - Simple Soil Container Growing

Update :

Moved 2 of the wider plants to the HLG BLACKBIRD tent …. I added another topdress .

The other 3 will stay under the XS1500 PRO - for a simple 150 watt rig ( its doing awesome ).

No need to hover over them , No need to throw bottles of fluff at them , No Drama.

What size grow bags are you currently in?

Not sure if you've come across this youtube channel but these guys have been laying down some useful info and pulling the pants down on shitty potting soils

I am currently running 2 gallon bags.
Sure i could go bigger but this size works for me . Plants still get some decent size anyways.

Canopy Management-

Figured I would start to flatten (even out the canopy) of the plants under the HLG BLACKBIRD. They began to get a bit wild on me , so i pinched some branches to control their growth. I began this morning and they are already beginning to adjust.

I also added a minor topdress of FFOF and 2 tablespoons of Roots Organic Terp Tea Grow. In a week or 2 , I will probably move to bloom nutes.

I gave them a watering of PEEtastic / Kelp water …. (10;1 yellow gold and liquid kelp ) .

XS1500 PRO -

Bottom photos : decided instead to just LST to widen the structure as all are pretty uniform in height.
I am so pleased with this rig and its efficiency with just 150watts. The plants absolutely loves this light.

They also received the mixed topdress and pee refresh.
