Who sells good soil? Deals on bagged soil is OK.

Bulk from local vendor is OK, too (anywhere near Bristol county, Mass.).

Need to fill ten pots. I think 10 cu ft = a 40- or 50-gallon pot?
Tahnks a grot!

If this helps with your planning at all:

1 cubic foot of soil is about 7.5 gallons of volume.

1 yard of bulk soil delivery is ( 3’x3’x3’) = 27 cubic feet.

1 yard (27 cubic feet) x (7.5 gal/cu foot) = 202.5 gallons of soil.

An average sized bag of topsoil/castings weighing 30-40 pounds is about 0.5 cubic feet, or about 3.5 gallons.

If you are looking for a deal I'd just make your own. Peat moss, aeration, and vermi/compost 1:1:1 by volume and add an all purpose fertilizer like Dr Earth or Down to Earth.
