I'm back of course. This year I have an outdoor grow. Same sativa bagseed as last year. Because I'm sacrificing time energy and yield to seed production, I've added three clones to the mix. Ghost train haze and strawberry banana sherbet and grease monkey. My goal is to produce my own strain over the next few years that I will call Devine origins. When My original sativa hybrid bagseed plant gives me seeds, I will stash them away for a few years to stabilize the strain when I'm ready. I'm a seasoned grower. I've grown in Florida and Missouri and this is my second year in Maine. I'm still learning. This year Ive learned growing directly in the ground instead of a pot is highly beneficial for growing bigger. I have 3 plants pushing 5 feet right now. Two plants I cropped and another plant that has been rode hard from colder temps and insects. My three clones are all small two are about a foot tall and one is about 16 inches tall. Growth is slow from my clones as I picked them up around June 3rd and got them in the ground. Not using any fertilizer. I am only using fish emulsion. Two weeks before planting in the ground I buried a brook trout head and guts 16 inches in my holes and covered with a few inches of native dirt and then planted my plants right on top of them around may first. I'm getting direct sunlight 2/3 of the day. I have 4 ft hog wire fencing on three sides of my site. I sprinkled my hair from a haircut all over my site to keep animals away. I will post pics tomorrow
