Who's got the best sativa(s) right now?

Cabinet of Curiosities

DESTROYER Open Pollination. He has genetics from both 2005-2010, straight from the original breeder. He states they are F2, but decades ago, before release, they were at, at least F8. He bred the 2005 x 2010 genetics together.
He has a deal in which if you buy 3 packs, he will sell them or $150USD. Otherwise, they are $70 a pack. No 4 packs for $200. Only in quantities of 3 do you get a discount.
Seedheads/Strainly has S1s of Destroyer I have 2 of those going right now-50 days flowering, and look to have at least 30-40 more. Going to have huge dense colas, and the stigmas, as are white, as the driven snow. Very beautiful plant.
He also has Athens Silver Haze S1, which is Sativa Dominant, though it does have ML5 in it. It has a soaring high.
He also has Athens Silver Haze x Destroyer.

Also have 2 ACE Killer A5Hz, though they have NL5 in them. They also look to be good for 12 weeks flowering.

Most old school pure Sativas & Indicas have disappeared due to so much cross breeding, they're almost all hybrids anymore. People say not true they are there, but if you really look at the history, it's crossed somewhere in the lineage with something else, no more purebreds. I've seen some ads here and there, where they speak Landrace seeds, but at $200 and up, it's not worth the gamble to me. This is my biggest issue with so many new breeders, they want to create something out of something that many liked, but then make the originals disappear. More than 3/4 or more of the seeds available anymore have no meaning unless you can find the whole life history on them to figure out what your really getting. Such is life and the new Cannabis culture. 8) :leaf:

So grab what you like while you can now and save what matters to you it's not gonna get any better as time goes on it's all just gonna be hybrid's and homogenised weed nothing will be pure except in private collections

I've tried to find some good old cultivars, just very hard to come by legitimate strains. When I do find what I'm looking for, I never know if it's legitre anymore or had been crossed already in the past, so always a gamble especially with the prices they want for the seed. I've found several cultivars that will suffice and have built a rather nice collection of them. At 65 years old, I won't get to grow all of my collection, but hopefully my son carries on my grows in the future.

I hear you I'm 65 so I remember the good old days. Here's a shot of a partial collection. I have 2 separate storage systems, one for Photos not shown and one for my autos shown. SO many i finally did 5 spreadsheets of everything I have. I am done buying seeds for now, well unless something extraordinary catches my eye!

very nice, i use to have all my packs in a cardboard box, i retired from the army in 2016 and started growing a few years later, i mostly grow now because i don't trust people to flush their weed and i have leukemia. now i don't try to grow size but quality and always looking for something that takes the daily chemo pill woes away:bigjoint:

For 100% Sativa, most are going to be very long flowering.
While I do have these strains, Ive not grown them out. But Id look into.

Khalifa Genetics
Kerala Chellakutti

Look into the Landrace Team.
Durban Poison-12-16 weeks. No Skunk in these.
Malawi Gold

Landrace bureau has some unique gear. Crazy Russian and Paki, but then ayahusca purple haze, Swazi, Malawi etc. stumbled across him. Pretty good descriptions on ones he worked also. Just sayin
