The Vault Seed Bank

I personly would not trust this company, they speak with forked tongue promise everything and give nothing- buyer beware-

If you’re gonna bad mouth a company, you should explain why.

I only bought from them once, there was some USPS shenanigans but The Vault wasn't at fault and I got what I paid for that wasn't available from US seed banks .

Details would be appreciated .

theyve been around for years you gunna have to explain more. they often have great reviews usps isnt the vaults fault

There banking sysyem is rubbish, transfer funds - they hold it for 14-17 days then they say we have asked bank to refund another 5-10 days- i pay all bank costs on my end all because name on there invoice did not match my bank account used(family trust account) even though at there requst to use there requsted order number for bank transfer only(they use a thrid party)they say use this number only- as I said buyer be ware

I sent cash . No problem from them . Only problem was that my zip code has a bunch of 1's in it and the Scotch way of writing them made postal sorting machines see them as 7's . Finally someone with a brain in a suburb of Chicago figured it out and 3 days later I got my seeds .

Did you get your seeds or your refund? Sounds like errors were made on both ends.

No beans- wont get refund for approx 10 days - and still out of pocket- have ordeted else were with no issues at all

I won a pack of headbanger from them back in the day

that is a bank issue, not a company issue, refunds / transfer etc take time, its on specifically the banking not the company.

im awaiting a 120 refund from Vans the shoe store it takes 5-7 business days with my goldman sachs apple pay credit card... should i make a thread yelling about how Vans is a piece of shit because the banking system takes time?

no.

i never understand why people are logical about these things, people make threads bashing companies etc when youre mad at the bank.

They treated me with respect and super friendly I just won giveaway and they made a mistake with winning and emailed me with another pack and freebies on top of it. Definitely made it right and always got back to me.

They sent my package 2 times.

If you do order from the Vaults check the total cost before you make the payment.
£18 for seeds + £5 for postage doesn't = £28
On another occasion the price of seeds + postage didn't add up but I'd pulled the trigger before noticing it, I double checked the next time and screenshot the details then got the seeds from Dcs.

Well anytime i used em i got what i paid for i never paid any attention on numbers but i do know they close on weekends tho so worth bearing that in mind too folks

You got a duplicate order free basically or? Ive had this happen with angus from rsc once i even offered to pay for it as he always been a stand up guy with me but he was having none of it he wouldnt take the money maybe the vault sent it twice thinking one would get pinched in transit or something
