Everything is going haywire!

I'm just at a lost for words on this one. Everything that can go wrong, has gone wrong. At first I thought I had a deficiency, then someone suggested it was locked out. I thne found out I had thrips. I sprayed it 3 days ago. Where do I go from here?

You've got a nute problem and a bug problem. Without seeing the underside of the leaf, can't tell you if it's thrips or mites, but it's one of them, and treatment is the same. Your plants also have early interveinal chlorosis, normally that's Magnesium, a quick foliar spray wth epsom salts could clear that up quickly. If you spray with something like SNS, you culd probably add the epsom salts to the spray.

I did have thrips. I sprayed it with crop defender 3, 3 days ago. I'm hoping I took care of the bug problem. I'll give the Epsom salt a go. Thank you very much for your time and something to research ( interveinal chlorosis)

Thrips aren't going away after just one spray. You need to hit them multiple times to interrupt the breeding cycle. They can be a real pain to eliminate. Best of luck.

Agreed. From the looks of the leaves there are probably a sizable population to deal with. Multiple applications are going to be needed.

Bottom is magnesium spots could be bugs.
Or maybe your ph is fucked

Alternate thrips treatment and I'd say start foliage feed threw bottoms of leaves phosphate will encourage them to leave

Neem oil and crop defender 3 ok to alternate? I just started foliage spray too. I appreciate your help

I go in with DE plus whatever else (spray,etc) on all bug problems nowadays just fyi but GL

I just ordered some DE. Should be here today. Anything specific you like to do for application?

I don't think you can ever get rid of thrips. There's like 1000s of different species of them, flying around everywhere. If you got thrips, they likely came right in from outside or nearby. The best you can really do is manage them and knock down the numbers IME. They'll always come back.

I'm assuming they came from the soil I purchased. It's been pretty cold here in ohio and the tent and plant are only a month old. Just my assumption ‍

I don't see any evidence of thrip damage though...

I took these last week. I've sprayed with crop defender 3 twice, once with neem oil and I've ordered DE. I also removed the most affected leaves.

That looks more like a spring tail or something to me..

Put some cal/mag on it. And it looks a little dry.

Yeah, those are springtails, don’t really do any harm. What are you growing in, coco or soil?

Just looks like ph and nutes.. thrips leave a lot more evidence on the leaves and with plants that size they would show a lot more damage from a thrip infestation.
