Wound up with 9 of 11 males in the Mint Chocolate Trip preservation run.2 beautiful females.
I culled 4 males and replaced with 4 cultivars i had in veg.
Due to other projects in my grow space , and no way to cool the area, they were growing in the high 80's to 90'
Normally I would crack the zippers to cool, but I wasn't prepared for the amount of pollen flying around in there. Lol

I collected plenty of Xtra pollen, and all the females are fully pollinated, despite the high temps and less than ideal watering and feeding.
Here's the MCT Females' around5 weeks.

I get a sad feeling every time I go through my seeds and see my Lucky Lime and 79 Xmas Tree Bud….

I never even bought any seeds from the man. He gave me the first ever pack of Lucky Lime he ever sent out and a free pack of 79 Christmas Tree Bud.

i shit the bed every time with those back in my drinking days. I only have4 maybe 5 79xmas seeds left and I wanna make more of them. What’s the best way to do this? I have to run a male and a female right?Hopefully one of those beans is female :/

To maximize those genetics run an open pollination table. Don't remove any males or females and that way you can expand what you have. Best of luck on this.
