F'in republicans give trillions to the wealthy in tax cuts and want to steal my SS. I'll never vote republican again.....for anything
Man, throughout my life I've heard that SS income would someday be obsolete, so I planned ahead... I don't need it, but if it's around in the next 8 years, I'll take my money, otherwise, it's a crapshoot.

do what you want with yours, donate it to a local charity IDK, leave mine alone. People who vote for republicans are f'ing with my retirement. There's no good reason to end Social Security.

you realize you can criticize one and not like the other one, right? Read the early posts and see who mentioned trump or republicans first. The need to mention him is like a sickness or something.
It's the best defense these Biden fanboys have against the legitimate criticisms toward Biden. "But Trump.." Yeah Trump sucks, but that doesn't make Biden some Angel. Most Democrats want someone other than Biden, fact. Republicans are about split on whether to keep or dump Trump however. One thing that Trump does seem to be somehow doing better than Biden though, is keeping his base support. Biden is too busy gaffing, waffling, and forgetting.

I bought a Prius...
We have an F150 Platinum, and a Hybrid Fusion. The '13 F150 has about 57K miles on it, the 14' Fusion Hybrid has about 108K miles on it. The F150 mostly stays parked in the garage unless we need to haul something. I should have sold my F150 at the peak of prices, but,.. I really like it so. There's that.

Yeah I hear you. Since I sold my farm I no longer make a weekly (140miles round trip) drive from my home in town up to the farm in my V10 F250 4x4. Oh I still own the truck it only has 103,000 miles and I'm the only owner. It would cost me a fortune to replace it. If I had kept the farm I believe I would be getting a Ford e150.

That was kinda my delima.. IF I would have sold it, it would cost me more to replace it. And at 57K garage kept miles, Im gonna just keep it for a long time. Being in the car biz for 32 years, I would trade every year or so, but these days are different. Too much over inflated pricing. Im good. Still love that truck, even tho it's 9 years old. A Platinum in 2013 still had some nice amenities, and I've had no problems with it.

Yes love my 00 F250, it's taken me to the tip of Baja and back twice. I had a big Lance camper for it. Here's my truck and camper at the first RIU BBQ.....

2000?.. The V10 was a rare beast. I had a 2003 (last production of the 7.3 diesel) but those 7.3's were bullet proof. Unfortunately, the EPA put a timeline on Ford to come up with a more "emissions friendly" diesel engine. Enter the 6.0. A disaster for Ford. Here was the problem. The oil and coolant cooler were a "married" cooler. The coolant would get coagulated and start overheating the engine. Soon, the coolant would get backed up into the EGR system and dump coolant into the intake. This would create a "hydrolock" in the cylinder block, and lift the head off of the block. It was kinda hit and miss. Some drove them 100,000 miles with no problems, and others got fucked with problem after problem after the PowerTrain warranty expired. It costs about 18,000 bucks to replace a 6.0. You still got a beast tho.
