Tera Kicks its arse when it comes to kicking you till you cough on a big hit.
I believe they have a 2018 version out though...

sugar was the hardest thing for me to quit.
never had a problem with smoke, and I, like you have a fairly low tolerance.
as someone else mentioned, listen to your body, not a bunch of strangers on the net.

The reason I'm asking for advice is I'm not yet sure what my body really says. Listening to the opinions and experiences of other helps understand that. I'm not going to take the responses literally but anecdotal advice helps formulate a full decision.

I do appreciate everyone's responce and it does help.

Edit: Yeah, I have cut down sugar, its really hard, sugar's in everything!

I quit drinking years ago now...don't miss it at all.

I been smoking and eating weed for 39 years. MJ has helped me out lots in my life from depression to really bad pain. I refuse to take narcotic drugs, my choice is mj.

My whole family has passed on which was really hard on my soul and I thank God for placing mj on this earth as it has helped me to deal with loss.

I smoke weed on a every day basis...morning ...noon and night and sometimes if I have terrible dreams ill get up and smoke some more weed.

Most people don't even know I am stoned as it don't change me at all.

The old Mighty yeah...
The Mighty has a better cap though, but the Tera has 3 different ones.
Tera also uses replaceable 16850s which is great for a day out.
Cost is about half of the Mighty, but all the Mighty accessories work on it.

I've smoked heavily daily for the last 17 years and I dont really experience withdrawals when I have had to take a break...usually while traveling. I usually just start having vivid dreams and a slight decrease in appetite...I also may get slightly more irritable when faced with certain situations.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
I too have major/clinical depression. I too would get severe depression after withdrawl of not just cannabis but alcohol as well. I would also get super paranoid and weed would put me in a bipolar state. It was really weird because I would get happy then sad and that mood would cycle throughout the high. Then after withdrawl it was just severe depression.
Should I limit my cannabis intake only to the weekends or is that still going to give me withdrawal?
Regardless of opinions cannabis can become addictive. Anyone who doesnt believe me try not to smoke cannabis for one year. Yes everyone is different but for any abusive drug there will always be withdrawls even if the person doesnt "notice" anything.
Is it best for me to stop?
I was in a similar situation as yourself 3 years ago. I would highly advise you to quit. Ive been sober from not just cannabis but from alcohol, morphine, benzos, even stopped nicotine and caffeine use. I started to workout everyday of the work week and I can honestly tell you Ive never felt better in my whole life. Yes I miss the feeling of being drunk or being on morphine or benzos but that shits not good for me in the long run. Do what you feel you got to do. I will tell you if you stop smoking youll be going through withdrawl symptoms as much as two years bro. Look up Post Accute Withdrawl Symptoms (P.A.W.S).
Heres my thread where I talk about my problem in depthhttps://www.rollitup.org/t/i-grow-cannabis-but-dont-smoke-it.968984/. I hope you find your way!

Mescaline is the limousine of psychedelics. It's like a long day at the beach.

Weed is the trippiest drug I know. 99% of the time it won't do shit.
But then it gets you really good.
That is truth. I smoked some Congolese a few weeks ago that took me to a headspace that was extremely psychedelic, initially frightening, and eventually gratifying. I don't really get along with most landrace sativa on a neurochemical level, but that one was worth the ride.

I love weed, I prefer to alcohol and I love all the benefits it gives me, there is one big negative issue though.
I have no issues when I'm smoking but as soon as I stop for a T-break I get horrible withdrawal depression for a few weeks. It stops me in my tracks, I'm unable to really function efficiently while my body adjust to the lack of TCH.

I do suffer from clinical depression and OCD, I am on 20mg of citalopram, I also use CBD to help with anxiety and go to therapy when I need it. I feel that THC has helped me tremendously with my own personal issues, I'm able to think about things differently while high and have grown a lot as a person.

When I have cannabis I will about 0.2g-0.5g smoke every day, then usually take a break while I save up to get some more. I really don't want to stop all together but I know that it would be really unhealthy for me (and my wallet) to medicate every day.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I limit my cannabis intake only to the weekends or is that still going to give me withdrawal? Is it best for me to stop?

I know that cannabis effects everyone differently so I know that the best way for me to find out is to try, which I will do, however I would appreciate any advice on this.

thanks
Marijuana stimulates your brain and fills it with dopamine, which is the complete opposite of depression. So I definitely see your concern, I have similar mental issues. Its a long fall when you are on a marijuana high and fall into the basement of depression. I would ration it out is much as you can until you can get into a better situation. Smoke a bowl in the morning to get yourself off to a good start and try to do positive things to keep the stimulus up.

Focus on doing productive things, even it means just cleaning your room, and even if it feels like torture. Having a few positive things done a day is very rewarding compared to sitting in a depression. A lot of fighting depression is knowing you are depressed and that it is negatively affecting your actions and thoughts. If you don't recognize it as a threat and work against it, it will consume you.

If money is the issue, literally go around asking for work from people, especially older people. A lot of them need general labor work and some one to talk to and aren't afraid to pay to have some one around. A busy mom and pop shop or hotel usually has a lot of maintenance shit that needed done years ago. It just takes outreach and willpower. A lot of these people where professionals at a craft and you can learn a lot of interesting things. A good day of work will get you the cash you need for some extra smoke and keep your focus away from the depression.
