Regular seeds or fem?

Is it better to buy regular seeds and use the pollen from them, or buy fem seeds and take a clone and get some fem pollen from it, to create something?
It doesn't matter. Femphobes claim there is some essential difference but they can never say exactly what it is.

If you popped some fem seeds and like them and want to create more fem seeds to continue the genetics alive long term in case something goes wrong, whats wrong with creating yourself an insurance policy by using two of your very first clones to create fem seeds (use one clone to make pollen and the other to pollinate)?
Nothing wrong with it at all. If the pollen donor is the same genotype (i.e. selfing) then each heterogenous recessive allele has a 25% chance of coming up homo in each seed. So if the genetics aren't stable then a lot of unexpected recessive traits could pop up in the selfed seeds.
