NFTG. Nectar For The Gods

Haha.....I used to put way too much compost in my brews too!! Now I keep it to a 1/4 C per gallon. Especially when brewing a simple tea with 2 oz. fish aminos or 20 ml Of molasses as the feedstock. As I add more food stock, I up the compost amount I use. Its all a balance to achieve optimum brews. "The Microbe Man" website breaks down the very best ratios of TEA inputs to reach best results. Adding too much compost can be detrimental if there isn't enough food to feed them, and at the same time you can't just add more food to correct the off balance as it begins to effect the dissolved oxygen levels!!I Keep it simple!!
with that and ph of 7.8 it could been a disaster .. lucky to catch on quick and fix it .....

I'm jealous of the that 630W, what size tent?.....You gonna run mixed spectrum full cycle? Or one for veg, one for bloom?
tent 4x4 . and im gonna run the mixed spectrum ...funny you said veg and bloom , I have in my 3x3 4k and killing it ! I have a 3k in 4x4 and not as fat as the 3x3 .. maybe not enough of light ? the 630w will take care of it.... (nanolux)...my 3x3 is veg and 4x4 will be for flower or ill use both tents for flower ...

Hey guys, just wondering how you store your bottles of Nectar after you've opened them?

I have heard others talking about a short shelf life and the nutrients spoiling after only a couple months. They said demeters and gaia spoil the fastest. The same person says to refrigerate demeters destiny because it preserves it longer. I've always left the bottles out at room temperature which is about 65-75 degrees depending on the time of day. I have noticed that the pleasant minty smell of a freshly opened bottle dissipates into a much stinkier smell after time passes. Does Nectar For The Gods become less effective the longer the bottle has been opened due to the nutrients "spoiling"?
after open and stored properly (not in hot or cold ) room temp .. 2 years ....

AND..... I figured out my problem - I'm an idiot... That's supposed to be tablespoons of Gaia and Herc, oops! I was doing teaspoons. So I suppose what I'll actually do is just start ramping up the Herc, and quickly...
Lol I made the same mistake. I felt like such an idiot.

My Gaia and Medusa spoiled after about a year and a half. I wasn't sure if they naturally smelled that disgusting until I bought new bottles. I had basically fed my second grow with expired nutrients. Not sure if it had many ramifications, I was growing with a shitty little 125w CFL so I wasn't expecting huge yields.

This is where I am at right now. 44 days into flowering. What do you guys think of my regimen?

Medusa's Magic: 2 tsp
Gaia Mania: 2 tsp
Zeus Juice: 2 tsp
Herc Harvest: 12 tsp
Athena's aminas: 6 tsp
Demeters Destiny: 2 tsp
Mega Morpheus: 6 tsp
Aphrodite extraction: 3 tsp
Bloom Khaos: 3 tsp
General Organics CalMag: 1 tsp (yes I know Demeters has calcium but I grow in my own blend of soil/Coco mix which needs magnesium)

Should I adjust any of these increments? What do you guys think?

My plants look kind of ugly from the pic but they look much better in real life! I cant get good lighting for taking a picture since the only flashlight I have is on my phone.

Looks pretty good, how many days left to finish?
Your BK is a little hot compared to the 6:1 Herc ratio. I would back off Medusa or cut it completely. I would also cut out Mega and up the Aphrodites. You also wanna try to lower nitrogen inputs, that CALMAG gonna make it hard.....up your Demeters earlier if you need more MAG, or epsom is an option. And Zeus is plenty effective at 1 tsp. Its tough to tell from photo what under the canopy looks like but it looks like you can thin out leaves a little more and use one of those fans below the canopy and the other fan to blow across the top canopy.....I don't like pointing my fans down on the canopy, it can blow HOT dry air on buds. My fans blow across the space above canopy and below light. The fan on the underside will move CO2 up through the leaves and keep fresh air around your roots!!

agree with Irie ... your BK to herc ratio as of now is 4:1 ... herc needs bump up to 18tsp or bk drop to 2 tsp ... a slurry would be in order , just to make sure your on track ..... just like Irie I have fans blowing across from above and below ....

Thanks for the reply; I will definitely cut out meduas, but isn't the mega Morpheus good for fattening up the buds? I thought I remember reading that in the grow bible.

And good idea with the fans under the canopy. Normally the closer one isn't placed that high up, I usually have it lower but I had to lift it up to remove my scrog net. I'll place one under the canopy.
The buds under the canopy are looking really immature to be honest, the top but sites are actually looking relatively close to finished. I'm probably going to chop the top nugs in ~3 weeks then let the bottom nugs ripen up. These strains are cuts from a local grower who unloads them at a local dispensary so there isn't any online grow information, but they are indica dominant.

mega morpheus helps with flower size and flavor ...the calmag your using is a 1-0-0 ... thats nitrogen while your trying to cut it out but still adding it in ... mite have a slight nitrogen overload with twist of the leafs....

Mega definitely good for flower set, production and smell/taste, it's good to ramp up through late transition till about where your at now, then start cutting back so you have more room to pump more HERC, and with the right BK ratio your flowers will swell big time. Guano can be salty in the root zone, and salt blocks the uptake of calcium. Your approaching the finish, pump as much calcium as possible!!

Yea....that's what I thought, I remember you mentioning that it was blueberry in some photos you posted of your last grow. I didn't know if you were running it this round. I love how healthy they look in photo!!
this is the last run on it ... waiting to pop beans (gorilla skittlez )

So my soil is recycling now, I'm very excited about this and I did it just like you guys suggested except the water I used to re-hydrated my soil I use em-1 at 30mil a gal ..they say it's better the 2nd or 3rd time around I really hope so. I have a question about when to add the char , adding it now or when I make my pots up to plant, when is it better ? or is there any differences.
