Decarb with butter?

wouldn't slow cooking Cannabis in my butter still activate thc rather than doing the oven then slow cooking the butter?

Yes it will. I use a small crock pot and simmer my canna butter for 6+ hours. I've even done it over 12 hours before just because I didn't have any reason not to. It definitely decarbs it.

Thanks. I don’t have a crockpot but I think slow cook on the stove will do the trick. Think I will get me a cooker for next harvest tho.

I got my first one at dollar general, it was actually a potpourri warmer. A pot on the stove will work, just make sure it's down low so you don't burn the material.

It really doesn't matter, the stove works. I just love the crock pot because it won't burn on low. I usually start on medium to get it good and hot and start the process, and then about an hour or so in I switch to low and just let it simmer as long as I have time to basically. I've done it at night, and shut it off at bedtime, then turned it back on at breakfast and let it keep going for hours.
