Useless email addresses and useless phone numbers aren’t helping anyone either. WE DEMAND ANSWERS LOL

Don’t worry about me calling or leaving messages, it’s fucking pointless. I’ll let y’all know when I get my card. 71 days waiting come tomorrow..

Good one susie, I can take it as I dish it out.. Illinois will always suck, with or without me. Getting back to the facts of the matter.. I still think she’s lying about the email.. can anyone prove me wrong? Anyone else getting confirmed approval E-Mails from IDPH? Patiently waiting any response.. and my damn card.
"Approval emails" from IDPH have been reported by several people in this thread (see, e.g., this post), although they all seem to be in response to status inquiries made by the applicants. So while it does not appear that IDPH will send approval emails as a matter of routine, it also appears that some people have indeed gotten emails from IDPH in advance of the receipt of their cards.

I have no idea whether the person you're referring to received an "approval email" or not, but without more facts, it's hardly out of line with other reports in this thread.

exactly.. more facts would be helpful.

Shelby is full of it.. she posted yesterday that she got an email saying she was approved and it would be there in 10-14 days, then magically it appeared in her mailbox today.. I’m not buying it.. I haven’t heard of anyone else being informed of the card being approved by email.. and she also couldn’t say who the email came from.. So.. yea.. I have my doubts.
I am sorry you don't believe the facts. My approved date on my card is 10/29/18.

I emailed them and got the automated response on day 70. Should I assume I get a response once they get to my application?

Side note, I have called over 10 times this morning and have got into a hold queue once and then was put to the message about high call volume. I will continue to make calls as I have time between meetings today and tomorrow until I get a live person. Informed delivery shows nothing coming from IDPH today. Maybe tomorrow, day 72, fingers crossed, but my hitter box and two jars are full so I'm good for the weekend.

I was certified by Dr. footerman and sent in my app on 9/6/18. His license was suspended after my application went in(a couple weeks ago)...has anyone in the last couple weeks had a card show up from the state and your Doctor is Footerman? Wondering if this will mess up the process for me or if I'm still OK? The continued relationship is my concern. Will I have to start over? Don't want to call the state and raise red flags if that is a thing...

That live person could be approving aps instead of answering calls from people complaining about it being day fn 70-70.. yes it sucks, yes the law says 30 days, but that's not the reality of the situation and hasn't been from day 1! All you complainers are not special, your condition takes no priority over anyone else's, be thankful you even have the opportunity to do this. Just because we all think it should be legal doesn't change the fact that it's still federally banned.

Now this is an issue that actually calls for some transparency and communication from the state as to what you should be doing. The state knows he has seen a lot of patients and should update them somehow.

It gives me little hope for legalization in Illinois, I bet that is passed sometime in 2019 or 2020 and takes a good 5-7 years to implement. 8 more years and my kids will be old enough that I can move out of this state, I cannot wait for that day!

Don't forget in a little over 2 weeks its December 1st when the state is supposed to have the temp card in place, so really all of us should have a temp card within 2 -3 weeks, but its Illinois, they wont have that process ready till mid 2019!

I totally believe you got your card. No doubt in my mind. I just didn’t understand why you couldn’t , or wouldn’t tell us where your confirmation of approval E-mail came from.. I’ve asked multiple times. You have no obligation to answer.. who sent the email, IDPH? Was it in response to an inquiry, or just an Email they sent you.. Not trying to be a dick, I just haven’t heard of anyone getting an email from IDPH after approval.

You believe in freedom of speech, and right to free expression of thought right? I don’t mind you complaining about complainers.. you’ll be alright. None of us are special.. and if people wanna call or email, they have every right to do that. I’ve stopped trying to call or email because it’s pointless. Have a nice day.

Nothing showing on informed delivery for me either. Like I said before, we will probably get ours early next week. Then we can stop bothering these poor people with our opinions lol

But why are they calling? Other than to know its been received, why slow everything down just because someone feels the state owes them answers. 90 days people, and if uts before that congrats
