"Residents in Harvest Park, which borders the property on the southern side, fear the new business will become a target for criminals and worry that the oil-extraction process — butane would be used at the NT Ventures site — is a safety risk to nearby homes."
OK, I looked it up on Google Maps. 444 Yolanda Ave. in Santa Rosa will be in a commercial-industrial zone that happens to border a residential area. There's already at least three auto-repair type businesses clustered there. I don't see why a cannabis operation should be the straw that breaks the camel's back if you happen to live in the area.
