Help id my bugs. Thrips?

first post in AGES. I have been growing a small indoor crop, i had a couple outdoor plants that were in a very shady spot that got very little sun. i brought them in to the indoor grow, unwise.... i have something.. thrips? any help identifying and killing these little buggers would be appreciated. plants are about 4 weeks into flowering.

Lots of little white ones and black ones on bottom and top of leaves. Very slowly movers

Those look like aphids to me. Thrips and mites are harder to see with a naked eye.

what ever they are they have been tough to get a handle on. I hit them with spinosad about a week ago, slowed them down, then a small dose a couple days later.

then tonight i hit them heavy with the spinosad and some neem oil. sprayed walls, floors everything. sprayed underside of every leaf where the fuckers like to stay. spritzed the entire plant, and soil. im no pest expert, pics online mostly lead me to thrips, in various stages. spinosad is pretty general, neem oil as well. whatever it is i hope this crushes it

Update. Its all over but the rolling now. I hit them first with spinosad, waited and watched for a couple days, it may have slowed them a little. then i hit them with the neem oil, and a second round of spinosad, this def slowed them more, but still not eradication at all. for the last round i mixed the neem oil, the spinosad, and a few drops of soap with warm water. after that application the bugs were pretty well crushed. i let the plants sit for near 2 weeks to finish up and try to process/recover. and i saw a few aphids show back up. chopped that night.

My method was to point my spray bottle up from the floor toward the plant top, and fan the leaves up with one hand and soak the bottoms of ALL leaves, you also end up with some incidental bud coverage. then get the leaf tops. then i would do a general covering spray over everything.

I have heard folks talking about neem oil leaving a wicked bad taste, but i dont really notice a lot. i didnt use loads of it, and i tried to avoid the buds especially with the neem, but it did get there.

You cant smoke neem its very toxic and will make your head hurt as well as other terrible things you probably should have looked into before using it. Lady bugs eat aphids and aphids are soft and easy to hand kill as are thrips.
