Hi guys,
I am not good at DIY stuff so I am looking for a complete reliable system on the market to buy. Please give me an advice. Thank you so much

If you go ebb and flow head to a hydro store in your area.
Depending on the tray size lots of hydro stores wont deliver as for example a 4x8 ebb and flow tray none that I know of will deliver.
Is why I drive a pick up truck lol

I don't have any hydeo store around my area and I do have a pickup truck lol
You can order a lot of stuff online. But, E&F is going to have larger components, like the tray and stand. With DWC, you can use something as simple as a 5-gallon bucket. You might have better luck finding equipment for dwc.

Even if you're not much of a diy'r, making your own "bubbling bucket" is so cheap and easy. There are lots of vids on it, but this is the one I always mention:

I was debating going about a modular ebb/flow system myself (or building my own) but I ended up with a great deal on a flood tray and decided to go the conventional flood table method instead. Also since vertical space was less of an issue for me than floor space, it suited my purposes better. That said, I had done a lot of research into the products out there and there are really only a few. IMO I think the flo-n-grow is the best all around win - it fills from the bottom of each bucket so drainage will be complete, it is easily expandable with parts readily available in the states, it is adaptable to a variety of different methods (like adding fabric pots or something like that), and lastly for the costs, it's very competitive if not the cheapest solution out there.

You can also buy them for about 60 to 70 bucks canadian. Like a big mama bubble bucket (bustan). etc. You can make them cheaper but this comes ready to go. Add water and nutes and plug it in.
